How we get paid

We get paid by the lender, not by you. When your loan settles, the bank pays us a small upfront commission, and then an ongoing trail commission for as long as you stay with that loan. That's it — no hidden fees, no catch. And because brokers are legally required to act in your best interest (the Best Interests Duty BID), our job isn't to push you toward whoever pays us the most, it's to compare lenders and find you the loan that actually suits you best. So yeah, it's genuinely free for you to use us, we just do the legwork to get you a better rate than you'd probably find on your own.
